About Us

ReSkill Ireland CLG is a profit-for-purpose Social Enterprise based in County Galway.
Our mentors have lived through the trials of disadvantage, living with acquired disability, returning to education as adults, being out of the workforce for a decade, overcoming imposter syndrome, gaining confidence, becoming self-employed, employed and managing a business!
We work with Public, Private and the Charity and Voluntary Sectors to provide tailored support in the areas of employment and self-employment particularly for those who are marginalised, new-arrivals, disabled, lone-parenting, and carers.
Our Mission:
At ReSkill Ireland CLG, our mission is to uplift and empower those who are marginalised, working within the community and for the community, we are dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive environment where everyone has the opportunity to succeed. We achieve this through individual or group mentoring sessions and targeted workshops.
We strive to create pathways to employment and self-employment, leveraging our lived experiences with disadvantage and disability to help others enhance their lives.
